A reaction-based chromogenic and fluorescent chemodosimeter for fluoride anions.
An innovative trihexylsilylacetylene-containing BODIPY dye was designed and proved to be a highly selective, sensitive, and fast chromogenic and fluorescent chemodosimeter for fluorides.
متن کاملFluorescent Sensing of Fluoride in Cellular System
Fluoride ions have the important roles in a lot of physiological activities related with biological and medical system, such as water fluoridation, caries treatment, and bone disease treatment. Great efforts have been made to develop new methods and strategies for F(-) detection in the past decades. Traditional methods for the detection of F(-) including ion chromatography, ion-selective electr...
متن کاملRecyclable fluorescent gold nanocluster membrane for visual sensing of copper(II) ion in aqueous solution.
Recently, metal-selective fluorescent chemosensors have attracted intense attention for their simple and real-time tracking of metal ions in environmental samples. However, most of the existing fluorescent sensors are one-off sensors and thus suffer from large amount of reagent consumption, significant experimental cost and raising the risk of environmental pollution. In this paper, we develope...
متن کاملFluorescent amphiphilic cellulose nanoaggregates for sensing trace explosives in aqueous solution.
A novel fluorescent amphiphilic cellulose nanoaggregates sensing system is designed and applied in detecting explosives in aqueous solution. Due to the maximized interaction between sensing material and analyte within the cellulose-based nanoaggregates, significantly enhanced sensitivity with 50-fold higher quenching efficiency is obtained.
متن کاملA lab-on-a-molecule for anions in aqueous solution: using Kolbe electrolysis and radical methylation at iridium for sensing.
Iridium complex [(pq)(2)IrCl](2) (1) is established as a quantitatively operating lab-on-a-molecule in aqueous media at physiological pH. Acting as a chemodosimeter, 1 uses two channels, PL and ECL, for the detection of cyanide and acetate, with the former undergoing nucleophilic attack and the latter Kolbe electrolysis and radical-metal combination.
